I grew up, with the desire of wanting to be the very best. However, as I got older, I realized that life is not about being the best, it is about giving your best whenever you can, whatever you do. I am learning and growing every day, I make mistakes, I say the wrong things, and often times I act before I think. I am proud of who I am becoming, because right now I am finding myself. Every day I get out of my comfort zone, I try new things, I embarrass myself, and I live. I laugh, I cry, I am having fun and I am having down times, but all of that – I know it is worth it.
on Sunday September 11th, 2016 I went to Niagara Falls with a my LC and a bunch of other exchange students. I was so excited to go to Niagara Falls because I would be able to see the Falls but also because of Canada. Of course we couldnt cross the border but when we were on the boat at The Maid of the Mist I could have been in Canada because well it was water – you cant just say that part of the water is the US and that part is Canada so I am just gonna say: Yes I have been to Justin Bieber’s home country!
It was such a great day, I took so many pictures, had so many fun conversations and saw so many breathtaking things. Everyone who is interested can of course watch my YouTube Video.

better late than never: here is my post about my trip to the New York State Fair!
On September 5th, 2016 we got in the car at around 8:30, followed by a 2h trip to Syracuse, NY. Once we arrived, you could instantly feel the Fair Flair. We went in and I was overwhelmed by the size of everything. The food trucks, the stages, the buildings, the ferry wheels – AMAZING. All you could see was tons of people, happy kids and bright colors. oh and the smell of deep fried food. And let me tell you, Americans deep frie e v e r y t h i n g – and I love it! It has been such a fun day and because I wanted to give all of you the opportunity to see what I did at the State Fair, here is my YouTube Video.
